Exec takes on new role of EVP and general manager, EMEA.
Warner Bros Consumer Products has promoted Pilar Zulueta to the position of executive vice president and general manager for EMEA.
Zulueta will continue to report to Jordan Sollitto, EVP of international licensing at WBCP, and hold responsibility for the management of licensing and retail business development activities.
She oversees regional sales and marketing initiatives related to key consumer products categories including toys, apparel and accessories, housewares, promotions and publishing among others.
"Pilar has been instrumental in helping to lead our continued expansion and success in this key region with her strong leadership and expertise in the world of entertainment licensing," said Sollitto. "Taking on this more senior position allows her to play an even larger role in shaping the future of our business."
Zulueta joined WBCP in 1997 as general manager of operations in Spain and Portugal, moving up to VP and GM of Southern Europe in 1999. In 2002, she was promoted to SVP and her remit was widened to include the entire EMEA region.
