Special edition collective noun prints will feature tigers, pandas, polar bears, rhinoceroses, gorillas and dolphins, each raising funds and awareness for the endangered animals.
Woop Studios, the London-based designer of collective nouns in print, has teamed up with WWF-UK to create limited edition print for six endangered species.
The special edition collective noun prints will feature tigers, pandas, polar bears, rhinoceroses, gorillas and dolphins, each raising funds and awareness for the endangered animals.
The collection of prints will include: An Ambush of Tigers; An Embarrassement of Pandas, An Aurora of Polar Bears, A Crash of Rhinoceroses, A Whoop of Gorillas and A Pod of Dolphins.
Prices for the limited edition print will start at £109 with all proceeds generating a royalty donation to WWF-UK.
Howard Wright, Head of Licensing for WWF-UK, said: "We are delighted to be working with Woop Studios on this licensing project.
"The endangered species captured in these stunning images are at threat and the royalties received through our working with Woop in this way will go towards our efforts for the ongoing protection of these beautiful animals, and our wider work around the world.”
Mark Faulkner, co-founder and director of Woop Studios, added: "Woop loves collective nouns and has a fascination with animals and words.
"From an "aurora of polar bears" to "an embarrassment of pandas" the collective terms for the six animals we have selected to focus on with WWF-UK are all charming and reflect their characters.
"We are thrilled to support WWF-UK and hopefully our clients will help us put some money where our collective mouths are."
