We take a look back at some of the most attention grabbing articles by rounding up Licensing.biz’s most read stories this week.

Rocking out in some Halloween style make-up seems to be a popular look for some of you, and why wouldn’t it since iconic rock band KISS gave this look the popularity it has today.

But that’s not all, as the band has now secured 125 worldwide licensing partners with a variety of items all inspired by the band, from waffle makers and pet products to racing bikes and comic books. Something for every avid KISS fan to enjoy. 

With activity for the launch of Ben 10 gearing up more and more, fans can now indulge in a brand new app, which will see users take on the roles of Ben and his various alien alter egos as they save the world by stopping evildoers.

Dubbed Up to Speed from Cartoon Network, fans will have to make it through all 60 levels to be in with a chance of being crowned winner. 

The Asia Licensing Awards also kicked off this month, which saw eOne’s Peppa Pig take home the Best New Property gong. It’s no wonder that Peppa has remained such a strong property in the industry, with kids all over the world choosing to tune in and oink away with George and Mummy Pig. Even us at Licensing.biz are partial to oink throughout the afternoon on press day. 

Football champion Wayne Rooney has become Manchester United’s all-time top goalscorer, and the news that Nike has commemorated his success with a new pair of kicks certainly grabbed your attention.

Decked out in red and white colour accents, a logo with a crown and the number 250, fans of the player will be able to get a piece of Rooney in their wardrobes. 

The return of Laurel and Hardy to the big screen has also remained in Licensing.biz’s top ten. We definitely can’t wait to see what the upcoming film will have in store for the hilarious duo, but we’ll have to wait until 2018 to find out what adventures the comedy twosome will get up to.

Sanrio’s booze-loving panda character has also kept its place in Licensing.biz’s top ten, alongside the Teletubbies live UK tour, which is set to launch in the UK anytime now. Hold on Teletubbies fans, you don’t have to wait too much longer.

Xialm’s plans to find a new European master toy partner for its cockroach based TV show, Oggy and the Cockroaches is still going strong in our top ten. Meanwhile, Five Nights at Freddy’s fans are still hyped for the upcoming YA series inspired by the brand. 

Completing this week’s list is Clinique’s partnership with Crayola, which has maintained its position once again, but the team at Licensing.biz are yet to have tried out one of the new lippies. Personally I think Rob would suit Wild Strawberry, while Jack looks like a Mango Tango kind of guy.
