Gameloft picks up Spooks licence

Mobile game in the offing for BBC TV series, which returns to screens for its seventh series in the autumn.

Gameloft has secured the licence to make a mobile game based on hit BBC spy drama Spooks.

The deal was brokered by Metrostar on behalf of programme producer Kudos Film & television.

The game will be divided into several chapters, encompassing different locations within the UK. The gameplay incorporates 'point and click' sequences, a discussion system and several mini games.
