Character World keeps it in the Family

Character World continues to add to its licensed portfolio, readying for the launch of a new line of household textiles for hit show Family Guy.

The firm's in-house design team has designed and created the new range which features the main character Peter Griffin and his long-suffering family. Products include duvets, curtains, towels, bean bags and sleeping bags.

"Family Guy is a great and fun property for us and with six series and global DVD sales of 2.5 million, it really is a licence with staying power," said Danny Schweiger, director at Character World.

"The ranges are a big hit with the teenage market and adults love the Family Guy products too, so we're really excited about the possibilities for the brand."
