De Agostini announces new international content group

Zodiak is set to expand the firm’s media and communications division following recent acquisitions. The firm already has a strong international footprint with a direct presence in over 20 territories, a full range of programming and an established parent distribution company.

The new firm, headquartered in Paris, is made up of many TV brands and content production  including 5th Element, Bullseye, Dixi Media, Quadrio, Yellow Bird and many more, creators of a diverse range of programming .

The new team was also announced including Larent Boissel as chief financial officer, Pascal Breton as senior VP for fiction, Vincent Chalvon-Demersay as senior VP for animation, Diorgio Gori as senior VP for light entertainment and Patrick Svensk, senior VP for mergers and acquisitions.
