Horrid Henry a hit online

Website attracts almost 40,000 visitors to date.
Since launching a dedicated website in November, Novel's Horrid Henry has attracted some 40,000 visitors, viewing over 200,000 pages.
In addition, 1,800 kids have signed up as recruits to Henry's Purple Hand Gang.
The second series of Horrid Henry is currently airing on CITV until 2010 and is the channel's most successful show ever.
The licensing programme - handled by CPLG - is also going strong. Re:creation is the master toy partner, while an apparel deal has been secured with Mothercare and Asylum Entertainment has launched a Nintendo video game.
Novel has also secured a DVD distribution deal for the second series of Horrid Henry with Abbey Home Media Group and other key partners including EMI as record licensee, Universal as music publisher and Stella Projects as the licensing agent for the brand in Australia and NZ.
The touring stage show is running until January 3rd 2010.
