BOTD links with Animals & You

Bang on the Door's FABric Animals brand has partnered with Animals & You magazine in a partnership which will see covermounted gifts, editorial coverage and licensee competitions.

The collaboration kicked off with a covermounted FABric Animals purse on the November issue of the magazine. Other activities are being planned for 2010, including further covermounts and editorial activity.

The FABric Animals brand is based on BOTD's classic animal designs including Elephant, Penguin and Rabbit. The designs have been used successfully by Blueprint Collections to create a fashion stationery range, which has sold strongly through WH Smith outlets and is due to appear again in 2010.

"FABric Animals has received a great response from licensees and retailers," said Bang on the Door's Karen Duncan. "Working with magazines like Animals & You is a fun way of using the characters and, of course, gives increased visibility to them. We are currently finalising a couple of other promotions including a cause related partnership using FABric Animals."
