International licensing companies confirm presence at next April's Paris show.
Exhibitor bookings for the Kazachok Licensing Forum are up by 90 per cent compared to December last year, the organiser has revealed.
More than 50 companies - 30 per cent of which are new to the event - have confirmed their presence at the show, which is due to take place at La Halle Freyssinet in Paris on April 8th and 9th 2010.
New exhibitors from five territories will make their debut: Chupa Chups and Planeta Junior from Spain; US-based Fitzroy Media and Classic Media; Belgian publisher Averbode; Bubbles, Inc from Switzerland; and Italy's Brand srl Unipersonale.
A number of French companies will also be looking to increase their international presence, including Procidis, Marsu Productions and 2-Dream.
International firms such as 4Kids, CPLG, Marathon Media, Mattel Brands, Moonscoop, FremantleMedia, Nickelodeon and Warner Bros will also be at the show.
"The response to the 2010 show has been incredible so far," said Nathalie Chouraqui, director of Kazachok. "With 70 per cent of exhibitors now confirmed, we are way ahead of expectations at this stage of the event build up and the show is really starting to take shape and gain in international reputation and profile."
