Range of original artwork helps to bring in funds for Kids Company.
Last week's auction by Bright Group International helped to raise £5,000 for chosen charity, Kids Company.
Held at the charity's Blackfriars headquarters on May 20th, the event saw pieces from artists including Children's Laureate Oliver Jeffers, Emma Thompson and Sue Hendra go under the hammer.
"As a company we really want to develop our social commitment and working with charities such as Kids Company is incredibly important to us," said BGI MD Vicki Willden-Lebrecht. "It was a magical evening and my thanks go out to everyone who attended and made it such a special event."
Guest David Wootliff, licensing director at Hallmark, added: "There were some fantastic pieces of art at the auction and all credit must go to the Bright team for putting on a wonderful event in aid of a wonderful cause."
