Licensed toys are hot picks for Hamleys

Hamleys has revealed its extensive list of top toy tips for Christmas, with a strong showing for licensed products.

Character Options' Dr Who Sonic Screwdriver and Vivid's new ZingZillas collection of puzzles, soft toys and musical instruments were named in the list, along with Mattel's Barbie Video Girl (pictured).

Lego Toy Story 3 Western Train Chase and Jet Pack Buzz Lightyear (Mattel) also make the listing, as does the Ben 10 Ultimate Alien Disc Ultimatrix (Bandai) and Beyblade Metal Fusion Super Vortex Battle Set (Hasbro).
