Beanstalk introduces new tees to Topshop

Beanstalk has joined forces with Patty Conte, the grand-niece of Peruvian pin-up artist Alberto Vargas, to develop a range of licensed products.

The line will be based on the original artwork from the Alberto Vargas Estate.

First up, a collection of The Vargas Girl t-shirts launch in Topshop stores from today (July 12th), in partnership with Blackstone Design.

The Vargas Girls were pin-ups printed in Esquire magazine during the Second World War, which quickly became wartime servicemen's dream girls.

Beanstalk is also actively eyeing up licensees in other categories.
