Chapman's Little Charley Bear expands in new territories

A number of new broadcast platforms have been secured for Chapman's Little Charley Bear pre-school series.

Hit Entertainment, in its role as distribution agent, has struck deals for the first series with NRK (Norway), SVT (Sweden), TVNZ (New Zealand), ATV (Hong Kong), S4C (Wales), Mini Mini (Poland), Minimax and Happy TV (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech, Kosovo, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Macedonia, Moldova and Montenegro).

"Our global TV distribution team has had a highly successful few months selling Little Charley Bear around the world," said Alison Homewood, EVP worldwide programming at Hit. "This raft of deals demonstrates the strong appeal this adorable property has for children worldwide."

Little Charley Bear has also previously been sold to Cbeebies (UK), ABC (Australia), YLE (Finland), Hop (Israel), Minimax (Hungary, Romania and Poland) and RTE (Ireland).
