Trade body LIMA is building up a strong roster of industry service specialists to its membership, with PR firm mi-comms the latest to come on board.
The agency currently works with a number of licensing firms including 4Kids Entertainment and 4sight Licensing International, JCB, Withit and Chapman Entertainment. It also has several toy clients on its books including Mookie, InspirationWorks and University Games.
"While we have many large organisations in membership, such as BBC Worldwide, the V&A and GfK, we also provide significant benefits for both smaller licensors and licensees and specialists, like mi-comms PR," explained Saphia Maxamed, membership services manager at LIMA. "These include discounts and complimentary meeting tables at LIMA-supported trade shows, networking events and general advice and support.
"It is so important to us to look after all our members and by having the support from industry service specialists we can ensure both licensees and licensors can source service providers who are switched on to industry needs and can meet the highest expectations."
