The Hive dedicated online shop opens its doors

The licensing agent for pre-school show The Hive, Space Enterprises has secured a deal with Heroes for Kids to run a dedicated online shop.

A dedicated e-commerce portal has been set up, with toys, gift wrap and cake toppers already available. Books and DVDs will be added shortly.

"We are very excired to have the opportunity to work with this great new brand and have been overwhelmed by the huge demand for products that we have seen so far," said Vanessa Fowler from Heroes for Kids. "We are looking forward to developing our own range of ancillary products for the eshop throughout 2013 and have no doubt that this is a brand that will be around for a long time to come."

Product is also available from licensees including Mookie, EMI Publishing, Blues Clothing, Jupiter Toys, Ravensburger, Kurio, LeapFrog and Aykroyds TDP. A full range of licensed product is also due to be released throughout the year in Australia.

Mark Hurry, director of licensing at Space Enterprises, added: "Heroes for Kids is a fantastic partner to have on board. They have a great online presence and this new eshop now enables parents to find a full range of The Hive products in one single place online."
