Entertainment One Family has secured a host of new broadcast deals across Central Eastern Europe and other European markets for its portfolio of kids programming.
Acquisitions across the region deals for the firm’s popular pre-school series, Peppa Pig, Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom, tractor tom, Mist and Lost and Found.
Peppa Pig will launch on MTVA Hungary for the first time alongside Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom, Tractor tom, Mist and Lost and Found.
In Ukraine, kids channel Inter 1+1 will debut six series of Peppa Pig, series one and two of Tractor Tom, intergalactic pre-school show Rob the Robot and Lost and Found.
Chello Central Europe has licensed the broadcast rights to Lost and Found as well as renewed Pat and Stan shorts for its pan regional Minimax and Megamax channels across several territories in CEE, including Hungary, Romanian Czech republic, Slovakia, Serbia and Croatia.
Meanwhile, in Scandinavia, NRK in Norway has taken series three and four of Peppa Pig and YLE in Finland has licensed TV rights for Lost and Found.
Star Channel in Greece will air series three of Peppa Pig this autumn, while Capital TV in Cyprus has picked series one two of the popular kids show.
Noga Communications in Israel has acquired Lost and Found.
