Walker Books celebrates 20 years of Guess How Much I Love You

A year-long programme of celebrations is set to kick off to mark the 20th anniversary of Guess How Much I Love You.

The Walker Books Group has planned an extensive global marketing and PR campaign to mark the milestone. Marketing highlights will include global trade and consumer advertising campaigns, media coverage, a dedicated website launching in the autumn, social media promotions, plus author appearances by Sam McBratney.

The group will also be pursuing major third party consumer and charity partnerships that carry through the anniversary year and highlight key consumer moments that have been perennial sell-in opportunities (including Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s/Father’s Day and Christmas).

Licensed Guess How Much I Love You products in the UK include baby and infant apparel, nursery bedding, plush toys and gifts, confectionery, greetings and collectables.

"The new Guess How Much I Love You product ranges launched in 2013 received a great response from retailers, with strong sell through," said Anna Hewitt, head of licensing at Walker Books UK. "The anniversary opens up more opportunities for licensees including the introduction of adult gifting licensees across categories such as homewares, confectionery and social stationery.

"We look forward to working with all our retail partners and licensees on this much loved brand."
