Winx Club heads to Scandinavia with Screening Agency

Rainbow is expanding the global reach of its popular property Winx Club as Screening Agency signs as its new Nordic agent.

Screening Agency will represent the popular girl’s brand – following the adventures of young fairies as they combine school life with fighting evil – across Scandinavia and the Nordic countries.

Jape Kantola, CEO of Screening Agency, said: "I’t exciting to be working with such a creative and enthusiastic partner as Rainbow and such a fantastic brand as Winx Club in Scandinavia.

"Together we are going to achieve lots of positive results in the Nordic countries and bring the magic of Winx Club to as many fans as possible."

Winx Club already boasts over 15 million viewers a day through 115 broadcasters worldwide.

Antonella Ceraso, Rainbow country manager, added: "We are delighted to be making this announcement. We always look to utilise the very best local licensing talent to maximise opportunities to look for our brands and Screening Agency’s knowledge and experience of the Nordic market is second to none."
