DreamWorks’ Madagascar gets behind dental hygiene

DreamWorks Animation’s Madagascar is helping kids understand the importance of oral hygiene.

PHB and Planeta Junior are releasing a new range of dental products designed to encourage youngsters to take care of their teeth and gums – each featuring characters from the popular DreamWorks animated movie.

The new range will feature electric and manual toothbrushes, mint and strawberry flavoured toothpaste, a travel size dental kit and other oral hygiene products such as mouthwash.

“We are committed to continuous innovation to ensure that young children learn how to take proper care of their teeth while they play,” said Marc Costa, director of communications at PHB.

“And these are quality products devised for children.”

Eric Belloso, DreamWorks brands director at Planeta Junior, added: “Our company is delighted with this agreement as it combines the virtues of the DreamWorks and Madagascar brands with the quality of PHB products, combining the positive values of a renowned children’s brand with healthy habits that are a fundamental part of child development.”
