Legendary Pictures has detailed the licensee line-up for its upcoming movies Warcraft, Crimson Peak and Krampus ahead of this year’s Licensing Expo 2015.
For Warcraft, based on the hit game franchise and directed by Moon’s Duncan Jones, Legendary has signed its global master toy partner in JAKKS Pacific. The firm will release action figures in all scales, and role-play items.
Additional licensees developing product for Warcraft include Disguise, a division of JAKKS Pacific, for Halloween costumes and accessories, WETA Workshop for prop replicas and collectibles, Topps with trading cards, Funko with Pop Vinyl Figures, Insight Editions and Titan Publishing for art books/novelisations and 3D Systems (Gentle Giant) for Warcraft statues.
Trends International will also launch calendars and posters while J!NX is developing apparel, loungewear and wallets.
Warcraft hits cinemas on June 10th, 2016.
Elsewhere, partners for Crimson Peak, the latest film from Pan’s Labyrinth’s Guillermo del Toro, will debut product spanning apparel, figures, books, fragrances and jewellery.
Ripple Junction is developing a line of apparel showcasing the look and feel of the movie while Funko is on board for Pop Vinyl Figures, Insight Editions and Titan Publishing will launch art books/novelisations, Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab is developing a range of fragrances, candles, and jewellery, while Trends International has signed for calendars, posters, and more.
Crimson Peak hits cinemas on October 16th, 2015.
Krampus, directed by Trick r Treat’s Michael Dougherty, is based on the ancient legend of a pagan demon who punishes the wicked around the holidays. Legendary has teamed with WETA Workshop for a line of collectables and novelty gifts.
Additionally, Middle of Beyond will create Krampus knitted sweaters and ornaments.
Krampus debuts in cinemas on December 4th, 2015.
