Warner Bros. has offered fans a first look at the all-new Batmobile to feature in the upcoming blockbuster Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
The Consumer Products arm of the studio unveiled the new vehicle to crowds of journalists at this year’s Licensing Expo in Las Vegas.
The grand reveal is part of Warner Bros. Consumer Products strategy to build anticipation and interest in the growing licensing portfolio surrounding the movie scheduled for release in March 2016.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will be supported by a list of licensees, including global toy partner Mattel who will deliver a line of action figures, role-play kits, playsets and collectables. LEGO has also teamed as global construction partner, Rubie’s for costumes and Thinkway Toys for role-play items.
Additionally, apparel and accessories will arrive from Junkfood and Bioworld as well as footwear from Converse.
But Batman v Superman isn’t the only property Warner is showcasing at the Licensing show this year as it joins the ranks of iconic global brands including DC Comics’ team of supervillains, Suicide Squad and J.K. Rowling’s latest delve into the world of Harry Potter with Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

“With programmes like DC Super Hero Girls, Batman Unlimited, DC Super Friends and more, WBCP is creating new content and building impactful activations with partner around the world.”
Also among the popular global brands on show at Warner Bros. Consumer Products this year, is the iconic Scooby-Doo brand and Looney Tunes. The firm will continue to highlight its current an classic TV properties such as Warner Bros.’ Supernatural and The Vampire Diaries as well as Pretty Little Liars and The Voice.
The firm will also continue to push its global themed entertainment portfolio with the launch of the new The Wizarding world of Harry Potter across the Universal theme parks.
