The latest license agreements include Admiranda, who is set to create Angry Birds-themed shampoos, soaps and other children’s grooming products, while accessories giant Jaxo Tirabasso will develop a line of hats and scarves.

Dress-up specialist Joker will launch a collection of costumes based on characters form the upcoming Angry Birds film, Mondo will develop balls and beach items, and a brand-new apparel collection will come from Sicem.

Maurizio Distefano, founder and director of Maurizio Distefano Licensing, said: “Excitement about the Angry Birds film is clearly growing among both fans and the licensing community.

“We are thrilled at the amazing momentum behind the brand and delighted to be able to welcome these new additions to the list of best-in-class Angry Birds licensees.”

All of these new ranges will launch to coincide with the upcoming Angry Birds film, which is set to hit screens in May.
