Shanghai Disney decorates plane with Mickey and Minnie

To mark the opening of the upcoming Shanghai Disney Resort in June, the theme park has repainted an aeroplane with Mickie and Minnie Mouse.

The Chinese-owned Airbus A330 plane has been painted in a purple hue, and features the well-known Disney icons.

The design follows the new partenrship between Shanghai Disney and China Eastern Airlines, which will see the airline become the park’s official sponsor.

Another plane is also set to be decorated with pictures form the Enchanted Storybook Castle in the future.

The theme park will officially open on June 16th.
