Star Wars and Finding Dory prove popular in Egmont’s annual list for 2016

Egmont Publishing has revealed its annual line-up for winter 2016, with titles including the Minecraft Annual and the Disney Finding Dory Annual ranking in at the top.

Other titles included Star Wars Annual, LEGO Star Wars Annual, LEGO Ninjago Annual, Disney Frozen Annual, Disney Princess Annual, Disney Moana Annual, DreamWorks Trolls Annual, Thomas & Friends Annual and Rupert the Bear Annual.

John Packard, publisher of the annuals list at Egmont Publishing UK, said: “Egmont had a great 2015, and we saw a sizable increase in our annuals business.

“With 25 per cent of the market (Bookscan), we are the number one publisher for this format. It goes to show with the right titles there is a lot off success to be had in this category as many people still see annuals as an essential Christmas gift. We’re extremely proud of our annuals list for this year offering something for every child."
