Deer Little Forest lampshades launch in Germany

Koko Rose Media and German agent Brand Licensing by Burda have teamed with Olala Lamps to launch a collection of Deer Little Forest lampshades in the German market.

Based in Munich, Brand Licensing by Burda represents all Deer Little Forest licensing rights in Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland.

“We are very happy, that we found such a great partner for Deer Little Forest," said André Möllersmann, director at Brand Licensing by Burda.

"We are looking forward to continue the extension of Deer Little Forest’s licensing portfolio in the German-speaking countries.”

Lisa Hryniewicz, Koko Rose Media managing director, added: “We are delighted to see the first houseware products on the market, as this is a natural category for such an artistic, design led brand.

“Olala has made a beautiful quality product that will set the groundwork for others licensees to follow. Burda, who negotiated the deal and have several others in discussion, have been an excellent partner in the German market.”

First launched as licensing brand at BLE in 2013, Deer Little Forest was first sold as greeting cards in top UK retailers such as Paperchase, Harrods, Liberty, John Lewis and Rizzoli Book Shop.

Licensing rights are now represented in 13 countries across the globe by Brand Licensing by Burda (German speaking territories), Think Tank Emporium (US and Canada) and Empire Multimedia (China, Korea, South East Asia).
