Guinness Sauce to expand retail presence across the UK this year

The Guinness licensed food programme is set to expand, with AB World Foods’ Guinness Sauce set to roll out across the UK later this year.

The Sauce first launched exclusively at 583 Tesco stores in April 2015 and is currently distributed as a table top condiment at 36 O’Neill’s pubs and major Irish grocery stores such as Spar & Centra, Supervalu and Dunnes.

Elsewhere, Diageo plans to work in collaboration with its exclusive licensing agent, Beanstalk, to further expand both Guinness and Baileys’ presence in food.

Desired categories include meats and cheeses for Guinness and desserts for Baileys.
