Tinderbox signs Blues Clothing for Halo apparel

Tinderbox, the digital division of global brand extension agency Beanstalk, has added Blues Clothing Limited to the licensing programme for the hit video game franchse, Halo.

Blues Clothing Limited will produce Halo branded boys’ apparel across the UK and Ireland. The collection, boasting items for boys aged eight to 16 years old, is due to launch in spring/summer 2017.

"We have had tremendous success with our Mattel action figures, vehicles and Mega Bloks construction toys, as well as boys-sized costumes in the US," said John Friend, director of Halo Consumer Products.

"We want to provide the best Halo products for our community, and we are excited to work with Blues to bring boys’ apparel to the UK and Ireland markets”.

Head of Tinderbox, Dan Amos, added: “With 15 years of history, Halo has defined many a gaming experience. With Halo 5: Guardians, a new generation of Halo fans were introduced to the Master Chief and the Halo universe.

"Blues will support the foundations laid by Mattel in bringing Halo to the next generation of players and we are excited to finally give that new fan base product that is specifically designed for them."
