Global Icons to develop Kinder Surprise licensing programme

Global Icons has been tapped to develop an innovative global licensing portfolio around the popular confectionery brand Kinder Surprise.

In partnership with the Ferrero Brand, the firm will create a unique and wide reaching programme targeting key categories including apparel, sports, stationery and back to school.

Further categories will include bedroom storage, luggage and bags and gifting and gadgets.

David Williams, general manager at Global Icons Europe, said: “Our agency is delighted to partner with this exciting brand and deliver a premium brand experience by introducing new consumer touch points while maintaining and leveraging the Surprise element and the quality of Kinder Surprise.

“It will be our priority to target prospective licensees that can supply products that reflect the brand’s values. We foresee great results, particularly in the outdoor sports space.”
