Bendy inks deal with PhatMojo

TheMeatly Games and PhatMojo have announced their master toy partnership for the fast-rising video game franchise, Bendy and the Ink Machine.

The licensing agreement will include a line of toys, plush, collectables, apparel, accessories, cosplay, and more.

Under the worldwide deal, PhatMojo will also manage the game’s overall consumer products licensing program on behalf of TheMeatly Games. Initial product offerings will be available this summer.

First released in February 2017, Bendy and the Ink Machine is a first-person puzzle, action, horror video game developed by TheMeatly Games. Episodic in structure, the game continues to build from the first chapter with each release. Chapter Two was released April 18th, further multiplying its audience. Chapter Three is set to launch later this year, with Chapter Four and Chapter Five development expected soon after.

“Bendy is matching the same key touchpoints as the early days of Minecraft," commented Jason Kraus, PhatMojo CSO. "In our roles prior to forming PhatMojo, our team produced the product programs at the height of that brand. We can’t wait to do the same for Bendy.”

“Mike Mood and theMeatly have created something that is unequivocally amazing," added Shawn McCarthy, CEO of PhatMojo.

"Bendy is quite simply one of the best games we’ve seen in years, and the elements of the gameplay and story are second to none. Above everything else, Mike and theMeatly care about their community, which is one of the many reasons that Bendy has the makings of an excellent franchise for the long-term.”
