Carte Blanche has detailed plans to bring the Is It Art brands under one banner and end its current partnerships with Danilo and Gemma International.
One year after acquiring the Is It Art distribution business, the firm is integrating both the Emotional Rescue and Blue Mountain Arts brands in to the Carte Blanche salesforce.
Carte Blanche is ‘delighted to have secured new long-term agreements with Emotional Rescue and Blue Moutain Arts, which in addition to its existing portfolio of brands, including Me to You, Hotchpotch Publishing and Wishing Well Studios, will provide a truly comprehensive offering to the independent market well into the future,’ read a company statement.
The new positioning will see Carte Blanche’s current deal with Danilo and Gemma International come to an end this July as the pair ‘independently secure different routes to market than that provided by Is It Art’, with the full support of CBG throughout the transition.
‘Carte Blanche will continue to carry Danilo and Gemma International ranges until the end of July and both will be in touch with customers shortly regarding their future distribution arrangements,’ read the statement.
