Just Funky’s Borderlands 3 merch will ‘change the way consumers interact with pop culture products’

The lifestyle company, Just Funky, has only just gone and signed a deal with Gearbox Software to create a suite of merchandise around the launch of Borderlands 3. The rang will coincide with the new title’s release this September 13 as it hits PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

Consumers can expect to find a wide range of merchandise at partnering retailers that will deliver immersive experiences that will capture the imaginations of fans; old and new alike.

“Borderlands is a franchise that has been a favourite among the Just Funky family across our offices for years,” said Pranav Arora, head of division, Just Funky. “Passion drives creativity, so we are honoured to partner with Gearbox Software to create fan-driven products, that will bring the Borderlands 3 experience into your home.”

Beginning in Fall 2019, consumers can expect to find select Borderlands 3 merchandise featuring Augmented Reality experiences through the use of the DECIPH-AR app powered by Just Funky.

Free to download on the Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store, fans of all ages will not only see their favourite characters, like Claptrap come to life before their eyes but, also record photos and video they can share on Social Media or privately to friends and family.

Just Funky is partnering with a variety of major US retailers and e-commerce stores to ‘offer unique lifestyle merchandise that includes a new type of product designed to change how consumers interact with pop-culture products.’
