UK subculture brand Disturbia will launch Frida Kahlo capsule collection this month

Disturbia, a UK subculture driven fashion brand, is preparing to launch a fully-licensed Frida Kahlo graphic garment capsule collection later this month.

Inspired by the Mexican artist, recognised as one of the most iconic artists of all time, the capsule collection will look to reflect Kahlo’s reputation as a strong, female role model, and as one that ‘transcends barriers of culture, time and society.’

“Her legacy encourages the world ti think and to be different,” read a statement from Disturbia. “This collection seeks to expand her positive impact and inspiration of empowerment, self-confidence, and passion.”

The Frida Kahlo collection will launch exclusively via www.disturbia.co.uk on August 23.
