Adult t-shirts based on DC Thomson brands to be produced by Fortune Favours the Brave.

APPAREL MONTH: Fortune Favours The Broons with new deal

Scottish-based design company Fortune Favours The Brave has teamed up with DC Thomson to produce a range of t-shirts inspired by two of its brands.

The firm will roll out adult tees for The Broons and Oor Wullie from the comic strips in the weekly Scottish newspaper The Sunday Post.

"My licence agreement with DC Thomson for Oor Wullie and The Broons is a really exciting prospect for me as, like most Scots, I grew up reading their comic strips," said FFTB’s Thomas Wilson. "To have two of Scotland’s most iconic characters added to the FFTB stable is an absolute pleasure. The reaction from retail has been fantastic and very positive."

In addition, FFTB has also added Oor Wullie aprons and tea towels to its portfolio.
