The Barcelona-based licensing outfit, Art Ask Agency has extended its partnership with the fashion and lifestyle specialist House of Disaster to launch a second Frida Kahlo licensed range for autumn/winter.
The extension of the collaboration follows a successful first run of a collection taking inspiration from the famous South American artists and cultural icon.
Neil Gauckwin, general manager of House of Disaster, said: “We have been so pleased with the initial reaction to our Frida Kahlo licensed collection released for S/S 2019 we have worked on adding new pieces and categories for the second half of 2019.
“We have a great new water bottle plus socks, scarves and a lightbox as well as more core accessories.”
Maria Strid, owner of Art Ask Agency, added: “We love the design graphics of House of Disaster. The freedom to get creative and propose distinctive graphics for licensed products is one of the many plus points of the Frida Kahlo license.”
House of Disaster will exhibit Frida Kahlo products at SpringFair, Maison & Objet, Ambiente and Intergift in early 2020, as well as a good number of other Frida Kahlo licensees.
