Barbie Store Fashion Pop Up billed a “fantastic success”

The Barbie Store Fashion Pop-Up currently housed as Liverpool One will be introducing a raft of new Barbie items for kids and adults, following its successful opening and initial run.

Since arriving on October 11, the pop-up store has been hailed “a fantastic success” by Mattel, with reports of with fans travelling to the destination pop-up for its limited-edition clothing. The pop up is part of Barbie’s 60th anniversary celebrations.

The Barbie Store Fashion Pop up is the second Barbie celebration in Liverpool this year, following a You Can Be Anything party in March to inspire the limitless potential in every girl.

New fashion lines to be introduced will include matching mini me fashions for kids and adults, children’s t-shirts, hair accessories, pin badges and more.

On top of this, visitors to the store will be offered the chance of a free glitter face paint station makeover from October 23 to 27 with every purchase.

The Barbie Store Fashion Pop-Up store follows a series of successful recent enlivenment activity at Liverpool One over the summer, including a five-metre giant summer slide connecting Upper and Lower South John Street, the picturesque In Bloom floral seating installation in Peter’s Lane, and the ninth year of the popular Tickle the Ivories piano festival.
