Ben and Holly expand the Little Kingdom across Spain and Italy

Popular pre-school characters Ben and Holly are expanding their Little Kingdom across Spain and Italy, with key developments underway across both regions for the series.

In Spain, the brand has established itself in the pre-school market with regular broadcasts on Nick Jr and RTVE’s Clan, having reached top rated pre-school shows in the region throughout Q4 2014, according to Clan.

20 licensees now populate a burgeoning product portfolio with key categories including publishing (Random House and Santillana), apparel (United Labels), musical toys (Claudio Reig), role-play and construction sets (Simba) and inclusion in Bauer’s Clan magazine. 

Meanwhile, master toy partner Bizak continues to distribute toys across leading retailers, with hero items topping the pre-school products charts and with special Ben and Holly events proving popular across the nation.

And the brand’s success is being mirrored throughout Italy, where two series is currently airing daily on Rai Yo Yo and publishing partner Giunti has recently signed on for a line of books which has charted in the top 20 Hit List for children’s books in Italy.

Since launching for 2014, Giochi Preziosi’s popular toy line hs been a hit, selling out across ToysCenter and Giocheria stores.

This coming Easter will see the brand exand in to food and drink as Preziosi Food launches Easter Eggs and confectionary in the Italian market.
