Betty Boop is making an appearance in department stores and cosmetic counters across Korea, promoting Missha Cosmetic Magic Cushion’s brand of foundation.
Betty’s in-store presence will be hard to miss with window posters, in-store signs plus dedicated counter displays.
The first 10,000 purchasers of Magic Cushion foundation in Missha’s 700 stores nationwide will receive a specially designed Betty Boop cosmetic bag. The deal was brokered by King Features’ agent Global Brands Group.
“This terrific promotion is part of our overall strategy to enhance Betty Boop’s brand awareness in Korea and throughout Asia,” said Cathleen Titus, King Features vice president, international licensing.
