BLE 2013: Warner Bros. unveils Golden Bunny winners

Warner Bros. Consumer Products EMEA has unveiled the winners of its inaugural Golden Bunny Awards – honouring the heroes of the WBCP licensing business for their outstanding contribution to product, retail and commercial excellence in the last 12 months.??

In a year that saw Man of Steel and The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, a production of New Line Cinema and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures (MGM), smash box office records around the world, along with the continued growth of Warner Bros.’ classic portfolio, buoyed by new content and outstanding collaborations for brands including Looney Tunes, Scooby-Doo and Tom and Jerry, it has been a seminal year for the business which has provided much cause for celebration.

Licensing partners and retailers commended at the event that was hosted on-site at Brand Licensing Europe 2013 include LEGO, Rubie’s Costume Co., Nestle Waters, Character Group, Eaglemoss, Dexxon, LIDL, Inditex/Bershka, H&M, Benetton, George@Asda and Primark.

The winners were presented with their engraved Golden Bunny statuette, a glittering silhouette of Bugs Bunny, by the WBCP senior management team led by Pilar Zulueta, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Warner Bros. Consumer Products EMEA.
