Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products has signed a range of new partners for The Simpsons.
The likes of MC2 Saint Barth, Just Hype Limited, Undiz, Freegun Brand, Etam and Original Marines will launch merchandise spanning apparel to accessories starring the iconic animated family.
“With an unprecedented 25 year run, The Simpsons’ status as an iconic brand is more relevant than ever as we continue to partner with fashion innovators to introduce fabulous, on-trend pieces,” said Roz Nowicki, executive vice president of global sales and retail at Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products.
“These one-of-a-kind collections have turned the heads of both tastemakers and fans around the world and continue to blow out at retail.”
Prominent new partners in the show’s global merchandise campaign include MC2 Saint Barth for a special co-branded collection of beachwear for women, men and kids, available in flagship stores in 2014, with full availability in March 2015 at stores in Italy, Spain, Saint Barth and Greece.
Elsewhere, Just Hype Limited will launch adult apparel and accessories including men’s t-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, shorts, caps and backpacks available in the United Kingdom while Undiz will create Simpsons underwear and home wear available spring/summer 2015 in boutiques in France and in Spain, Morocco, Algeria, Poland, Germany, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Belgium, Bahrain, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia.
Freegun Brand is set to launch several co-branded collections of men’s and boy’s underwear featuring in spring/summer 2015 in France while Etam will launch The Simpsons women’s headwear, jeans, jackets, hoodies, makeup bags and backpacks available later this year in China.
Finally, Original Marines has launched the first ever Simpsons collection for Back to School 2014 featuring boys’ apparel at stores in Europe and the Middle East.
