Bobby Abley unveils Warner Bros.’ Looney Tunes-inspired A/W collection

Members of the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes cast have made their return to the catwalk courtesy of fashion designer Bobby Abley.

Road Runner, Sylvester and Speedy Gonzales each took to the stage at London Fashion Week Men’s 2018 event as they appeared in Abley’s autumn/winter collection.

The London-based designer’s collection Bobbyland is populated with characters from the world of Warner Bros.’ Looney Tunes, welcoming everyone both international and interplanetary, including Marvin the Martian who appears on his own Legal Alien sweatshirt.

‘Colour and texture are key to the collection, with brightly-hued oversized plaid shirts and pleated tailored trousers, and knitwear splicing Looney Tunes graphics in clashing tones,’ read a press release statement.

Outerwear includes faux fur trimmed padded bomber jackets and parkas. A signature Tweety Pie sweatshirt is embellished with marabou and fluffy Bugs Bunny inspired dungarees are worn with a bunny ears bandana and gold grill.

Looks are topped off with baseball caps and bucket hats trimmed with braided tassels and shells, while duffle bags coordinate in fabrics form the collection.
