Bravado named new UK licence holder for Grumpy Cat

Global merchandise company Bravado has revealed it has been appointed as an official UK licence holder for internet sensation Grumpy Cat.

The new deal will see the company bring Grumpy Cat apparel, accessories and merchandise to the UK High Street this summer.

New Grumpy Cat merchandise will be sold in Primark, launching in July with a range of apparel, accessories and homewares.

Plus, Bravado is now seeking to work with more retailers and partner with the Grumpy Cat brand.

After becoming an overnight celebrity in 2012 thanks to a photograph of her unhappy face being uploaded to Reddit, Grumpy Cat has garnered over 8.7 million likes on Facebook, more than 390,000 followers on Twitter, and 1.6 million followers on Instagram.
