Capcom readies Disney video game collection

Video game publisher Capcom has announced a new compilation of classic Disney games, coming to current generation systems for the first time.

The Disney Afternoon Collection contains remastered versions of DuckTales, DuckTales 2, Tailspin, Darkwing Duck, Chip ‘n’ Dale Rescue Rangers and Chip ‘n’ Dale Rescue Rangers 2, all of which debuted on the Nintendo Entertainment System.

As well as the higher resolution, these games have also been enhanced with Boss Rush and Time Attack modes, as well as a rewind feature to help newcomers. There will also be an in-game museum featuring facts and images from the original releases.

The Disney Afternoon Collection will be available as a digital download on Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam on April 18th for £15.99.
