Kids’ channels Cartoon Network and Boomerang are to air new Mattel content, including Barbie, Hot Wheels and Max Steel across Latin America.
Turner Broadcasting System revealed that the popular children’s networks will air more than 800 minutes of new Mattel content in a variety of formats, including movies, features and webisodes.
Broadcasting and online programming for popular brands such as Barbie, Hot wheels, Monster High and Max Steel commenced in March on Cartoon Network and Boomerang Latin America in Spanish and in Portuguese in Brazil.
Content will include the new animated movies: Barbie in Princess Power, Barbie in Rock N Royals and Barbie and her Sisters in The Great Puppy Adventure, as well as Monster High: Haunted and Boo York, Boo York under the Monster High umbrella.
Meanwhile, the Hot Wheels brand will introduce its CG animated specials: Team Hot Wheels: Skill to Thrill and Team Hot Wheels: Build the Epic Race, while under the Max Steel brand, fans can watch three new CG movies: The Wrath of Makino, The Dawn of Morphos and Maximum Morphos.
