Columbia Sportswear to launch Rogue One collection

Star Wars fans can now fight the cold while representing their favourite Rogue One heroes with a new jacket line inspired by Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

The jacket line from Columbia features coat designs inspired by the film’s main characters Sergeant Jyn Erso and Captain Cassian Andor, with a third taking its cues from the menacing Imperial Death Trooper.

“We are extremely pleased to announce a first-of-its-kind outerwear collaboration with Lucasfilm,” commented Joe Boyle, senior vice president of Columbia brand merchandising and design.

“Star Wars is arguably the most globally recognisable film franchise in the world, and presents us with an unparalleled opportunity to showcase our brand and premier technologies.”

This is the first movie merchandise collection from Columbia and will be available in limited quantities in retail outlets and online from December 9th.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will release in cinemas on December 16th.
