Community magazine deal sees iDoo-B-Doo enter 60,000 Kent homes

iDoo-B-Doo will be entering 60,000 homes in a new regular slot with the successful regional community magazine, The Village Directory.

Earlier this month, the girls’ brand concept signed a monthly two-page spread in the publication’s Kids’ Corner.

Characters Dolly Doodle and Tinkaboo will feature alongside a series of quizzes, puzzles, crosswords and reading practice in the magazine.

Founded nine years ago, The Village Directory is a monthly magazine with eight different editions each focusing on a different postcode in Kent.

‘With a local feel, The Village Directory has seen success both in print and online, and will help deliver iDoo-B-Doo to 60,000 Kentish homes.’

Debbie Allen, founder and publisher of The Village Directory, said: “iDoo-B-Doo is a funny, charming and very original property that has a strong identity and an eye catching design.

“Its combination of delightful characters, bright colours and a creative element is perfect for our younger readers, and will be popular with their parents too.”

Sammie Luck, creator of iDoo-B-Doo, added: “The popularity, quality and reach of The Village Directory among so many readers for so many years make it an ideal vehicle for iDoo-B-Doo, both as a fun feature and as a shop window for the brand.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce the iDoo-B-Doo Crew to so many new readers and looking forward to a long association with The Village Directory.”
