Copyright Licensing Agency to handle Foosball movie in MENA region

Madrid-based agency Nottingham Forest has appointed Copyright Licensing Agency as the licensing and merchandising partner for the animated feature film Foosball in the Middle East and North Africa region.

Gulf Films has recently acquired the distribution rights of the film for those territories to be premiered in 2014.

Foosball is the first 3D animated feature film directed by Juan José Campanella, the Oscar-winning director of The Secret in Their Eyes.

Foosball follows the adventures of Amadeo, a young boy who is the best foosball (table football) player ever.

To beat his rival, Amadeo and his team of tiny foosball players embark on an adventure ‘full of excitement, love, respect and friendship’.

“We are delighted about this new partnership Copyright Licensing that will help us to make grown up Foosball in MENA region," said Laura García Ortega, head of International sales and licensing at Nottingham Forest.
