Cottonwood Media takes Find Me in Paris to the US market with Beacon Rock Growth

The European kids’ content producer Cottonwood Media – a Federation Kids & Family company – has secured a new partnership with the LA-based Beacon Rock Growth for its hit tween drama series, Find Me in Paris.

Under the partnership, Beacon Rock Growth will serve as the licensing agent responsible for the development of Find Me in Paris branded licensed products and merchandise in the US and Canada.

The deal was brokered by Ana Micoud, who leads Cottonwood’s licensing business through her company The Wizards.

Currently airing on Hulu (US) and CBC (Canada), Find Me in Paris has already sold into a staggering 130 countries and currently broadcasts in over 80 territories worldwide.

“Find Me in Paris has sky-rocketed on to TV screens, and it is with great pleasure that we are kicking off our partnership with Beacon Rock Growth for the property in the US and Canada,” said Micoud.

“The team has in-depth experience on building licensed programs for tweens and teen properties and is knowledgeable about how to articulate a targeted retail product proposal capable of driving value for all parties.”

The roll-out of licensing activities in the US and Canada will be managed by Johanna Mooney, founder of Beacon Rock Growth.  Mooney previously held leadership positions at The Walt Disney Company, forging multiple global partnerships for various high-profile properties.

“We are excited to be working with content with the incredible storytelling and quality from Cottonwood, and the expertise and credibility of The Paris Opera,” said Mooney.

“Find Me in Paris brings to life all the key ingredients girls and boys around the globe love and connect with, through an amazing cast and story. Previous successful merchandise programs in North America based on European content gives us the confidence that this series will translate strongly at retail.”
