CPLG Iberia named Spanish licensing agent for WWF Espana

WWF España has appointed CPLG as its licensing agent in Spain to develop consumer products.

With a mission to stop the degradation of the earth’s natural environment, the WWF Espana licensing programme will not only help to raise funds to support the charity, but raise the profile of the WWF among a wide audience of consumers.

WWF began as a small group of enthusiasts committed to the environment 50 years ago and has fast become one of the most important organizations in conservation of nature in the world. WWF operates in more than 100 countries and has the support of 5 million people on 6 continents.

Secretary general of WWF España, Juan Carlos del Olmo Castillejos, said: “With this agreement we will be able to deliver our conservation message to a greater number of people and increase the resources we need to continue working on the care of our planet.

"In addition, we make it possible for responsible businesses to join the protection of the environment."

CPLG Iberia’s managing director, Pau Pascual, added: “We are delighted to work together with WWF as it allows us to take licensing to another level by contributing to a positive cause that we feel committed to. We are convinced that partners won´t hesitate in getting involved with this project”.

CPLG will develop a comprehensive licensing program reflecting WWF’s aspirational themes of species, forest, freshwater, marine and climate, whilst always respecting the core brand values and aspirations.
