Danilo is celebrating an evening of success at the National Calendar Awards.
The firm received eight nominations and ended up walking away with four gongs from the ceremony, which was hosted by journalist and TV star Janet Street Porter.
It picked up two awards for its bestselling Disney Frozen calendar – Best New Title and Best Retail Calendar. In addition, The Beatles Collection Edition Calendar won the Best Celebrity/Media title, while Kelly Brook won the People’s Choice award (which was voted for on the night) for her glamorous 2015 calendar.
"We are thrilled with the results from this year’s National Calendar Awards," said Daniel Prince, operations director at Danilo. "The levels of quality and innovation demonstrated by all the nominees were impressive so to win four awards is a fantastic achievement for us.
"In particular, our 2015 Disney Frozen Calendar has been a real success so we are delighted that it scooped two calendar awards.
"We are now focused on publishing our 2016 range and hope that we can replicate this success at next year’s awards."
Danilo will be showcasing its new 2016 range at Spring Fair at the Birmingham NEC from February 1st to 5th.
Other winners on the night included Carousel Calendars, Rose Calendars, Avonside, Pyramid and Flame Tree Publishing.
