Kinnerton marketing director Rachel Wyatt explains why the confectionery firm has been a good fit for DC Super Heroes.

DC Super Heroes Month: Kinnerton’s Rachel Wyatt talks working with a “classic franchise”

What makes you a good fit for the DC Super Heroes brand?

We are a experienced licensed confectionery business and we are a British manufacturer with high standards for both our brand and our business.

We support this with a clearly defined business strategy that has led to a mutually beneficial business partnership with Warner Bros.

What DC Super Hero products do you sell?

We have a range of all year round confectionery and seasonal gifting.

What makes the DC Super Heroes brand desirable to you as a partner?

This is a classic franchise with huge consumer appeal know by kids and adults alike.

In addition, Warner has provided a really great style guide to work from that is flexible to the product you are developing.

Can you tell us anything about future DC ranges you are working on?

We are currently working with Warner Bros to establish what other ranges we can ‘Bat’ out next year.

I am sure there will be some ‘Super’ products hitting the shelves soon – we will have to keep you Wonder(Woman)ing…..

If you could be any of the DC Super Heroes, who would you be and why?

Wonder Woman, who else? Although I won’t carry off the costume in my forties like I did as a little girl.
